1. Website Use

This website is provided for informational and purchasing purposes related to our homestead operations.

You agree not to:

2. Livestock Sales Policy

All livestock sales are final.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve animals. Deposits secure your place and are not refundable if you cancel or fail to pick up within the agreed timeframe.

Buyer Responsibility

By purchasing livestock, you acknowledge:

You understand the care requirements of the species purchased

You have appropriate housing and feed prepared

You are compliant with local laws and zoning

Once animals leave our property, all responsibility transfers to the buyer.

We do not guarantee future fertility, growth rates, show quality, temperament, or long-term performance unless explicitly stated in writing.

Animals are living beings and natural variation occurs.


3. Pickup Policy

Animals must be picked up within the agreed timeframe.

Failure to pick up within the agreed window may result in:

Forfeiture of deposit

Resale of the animal

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we are not responsible for holding animals beyond the scheduled date.


4. Health Disclosure

Animals are sold in good health to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale.

Buyers are encouraged to visually inspect animals at pickup.

No warranties, express or implied, are provided after transfer of possession.


5. Farm Products & Cottage Food Disclosure

Certain food products are produced under Georgia Cottage Food Law.

These items are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to routine government inspection and may process common allergens.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this disclosure.

All food sales are final.


6. Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse service

Limit quantities

Discontinue products

Availability of animals and farm goods is not guaranteed until payment or deposit is received.

All live animals, eggs, and perishable farm items are available by local pickup only.

This allows us to prioritize animal care, freshness, and responsible placement.
